down pipe?

i have a buddy of mine that's custom building my down pipe for my 85 GN.
he asked me to find a part for him i dont know what its called, it where the down pipe connects to the turbo (stock) in order for him to make me a 3" DP he needs to find a 3"(unknown part name). does anyone know what its called?
is it the flange?
thats so that he dosent have to make it a 2" to convert it to a 3"pipe.

thats nice but i cant weld stainless
that single 3 inch exhaust is pretty nice though

It's not stainless....only the wastegate puck assembly is stainless.
