so i put in a new 6765 and now my DP is on my frame. I did heat it and beat it. but still was not enough. So i cut lines in it heated then banged in about 1/2". which should have been plenty. I then made the holes a lil bigger but DP still lays on fuel return line.
before turbo swap the DP was 1/8" under the a/c dryeras ref. now it is 1" under???
it looks like the new casting is slimmer at the header bolt up and cocked?
does anyone know if the newer precision exh casting is different then one maybe 3-4yrs old?
btw, this is a 3.5" gn1 DP which was very tight.
So should I buy a 3" ? is there really a need for the 3.5" on a street car?
