Will a 15" X 9" wide wheel with 5" BS and a 27 X 11.5 /15 fit on a TTA and not rub ? Looking for the best tire/wheel size without fitment issues. I do have aftermarket rear disc brakes so the 15" is not an issue. The wheels I want are offered in 8" 9" and 10".

I dont know about the 9'' wheels for racing.....
I ran a 26'' x 11.5 tire on a 15x8 stock rim and it just started to rub on 1.5 sixy's. They worked.
Now I have 15x8 4.75 BS rim and 30'' x 9''... A lot of stock eliminator guys run this size....If im not mistaken,this is the most contact patch for a thirdgen.'BUT', you need a lower gear for these tall tires.
