early & soft 1-2 shift at lite throttle

What would cause a soft 1-2 shift at part throttle out of know where? The 2-3 shift is on time, and very firm, just like the 1-2 shift was until yesterday! The trans fluid is clean & fresh, tv cable seems adjusted ok, trans is not that old?

it could be a broken accumulaor spring or piston leakage in the 1/2 accumulator housing.drop the pan and inspect and m,ake sure you have an acc gasket and pan gasket to close it up.
