I'm sure a person who blatantly copied another companies product would probally want to remain off the radar screen. What product does this community want copied next? Stage Blocks, GN-1 heads, Alky kits, Ball bearing turbo's?? Why stop now?

A quick surf of E-bay will find the following copied TB products:
Kenne Bell front mount intercooler (old style)
Kenne Bell front mount intercooler (big boy)
ATR style external gate downpipe
ATR style headers
T/A style headers
THDP style 3.5" downpipe
Fuel pumps

I don't think the issue is that there made in china. If a NEW product is designed & then sent to be manufactured in china that's 1 thing. It's another thing to order a product from a vendor, send them to china to be copied, flood the market with low cost knock-offs & expect everyone to be OK with it.
Why would a vendor want to develop ($$$$) a NEW product for this small market to be ripped off from within?

I personally don't like to buy stuff from china ,but if I have to I like the price to reflect that it was manufactured in china(lower price).What I don't like is when someone manufactures something in china and does not pass the savings on(higher price more profit).If there is one positive to these headers made in china, it would be that the price is on par with where they are manufactured. :smile: Eric

I guess I'm just full of Good Luck! I spoke to the guy that sells them, and he said he would make the header right for me, So! I guess then It's a great Deal!

Anybody Looking to Save $800 +++ on headers that are of good quality, please PM me and I send info on how to get them!

You're kidding right? You don't seriously think that anybody in the US can fabricate and build a complete set of stainless headers for $200 do you? Unless they're paying illegals a buck a day to fab them up.

According to their claims they can't even buy the raw materials for that.

Thats what patents are for. If the product is patented then its illegal, otherwise its a free-for-all.

Those headers flow worse than stock. Bolt them on and your car WILL SLOW DOWN.

Are you running a set of spx-7 headers? How much did your car slow down? How much less volume did they flow? Thanks, Brian

The reason you don't see many TR products in Jegs or Summit is due to the fact they don't have a big market for them! There isn't 100000 gn like there are mustangs and camaros and everything else, but you do find parts for suspension and such... Just not turbo Applications!!!!
Oh... and I can afford the good stuff.... I've owed 11 gn and 2 Turbo TA, a 50K custom chopper And all this before I turned 29 years old! - and NO i'm not a drug dealer or deal in contraband... I actually work in the Car businesss - FInance Director and Make $300k plus a year!
But Just cause i make decent money doesn't mean I just shell out thousand of dollars! I'm trying to keep the money I'm making

I'm a finance manager also.... and most of the guys I know that make that kind of money would not try to save 4 or 5 hundred bucks at the risk of choking down a ten thousand dollar motor.
