ECU-GN No Connection

Hey all, Just got my ECU-GN. Got everything hooked as directed. Car won’t start and I believe that’s because the TPS has not been calibrated but that brings me to my problem.. Software will not connect. I have tried USB cables, Went and bought a new laptop “Win 10”. I go to communication settings and it will not detect the ECU, Test port says fail. Need some help.

To include. Software is registered. Power light on ECU is on. It actually try’s to start. I believe it’s going to be a preference. Everything seems good to go.

Update: The issue was the drivers needed to be updated, and Eric had put forethought on this.. hence why those are included with the system “Thumb drive”.
