electrical problem

Need help, my car won't crank over, has NO horn, NO turn signal, NO brake light, NO wipers, NO harzard lights and the instrument lights including all the dash board instrument do not light up. I checked the fuses but nothing....Any suggestions?????

p.s headlights are working

negative battery cable

sounds odd doesnt it?? my 86 did the same thing at the track a few years ago--- no start and the headlights worked-

Check the fusable links behind the passenger head near the heater box. There are three of them. If they blow, then no power to anything. They come off the starter and run up the back side of the head.
