Erson Cam Specs

Ive been looking all over for the specs for an Erson cam.

I found a box in the garage with 5 or 6 brand new erson cams, all same part number and NONE have a cam card.

this is the grind number

ERSON TURBO 1H 1286

CATALOG NUMBER E660251.

I can find the grind, but no specs about it... any imformation would be greatly appreciated.

I am unsure on size, I only have markings on the end of each cam. sorry.... thats why im stuck as well,
