Got a set of mild steel 1 & 5/8" tube flanges that are 1/2" thick if you're interested. Should give you more than enough room to make some decent headers out of. Make me an offer and if I don't like it then I'll counter offer.

I've had these for some time now and they've just been sitting around here. I'll have to see what shipping would cost to you but I had these custom made and I believe they cost me about $100 for both of them since it wasn't the regular flanges. I put a used gasket under one so you can get a better idea of the post size. The pick with the tool didn't come out clear enough to see it but there's a scale on the side I was trying to show so you could see it's 1/2" thick.
