The owner voluntarily gave up the dog to animal control from what I heard. Either way the owner is screwed and rightfully so.

This vid has gone viral quick. Clearly the dog has huge prey drive and could have f'd the kid up big time. Id be willing to bet the dog has showed aggressive behavior at home and the owners were clueless as to how to quell and work that out with the dog. Cat was badass lol. Negligent pet owners.
