finally cracked the 11's-part 2!!

went back to atco tonight for the last of the season, and was very happy!! last best was a 11.87@113.2. since then i did the following: air bags in the rear springs, went up to a 28x9x15 e.t. drag, and dropped the fuel pressure by 3 psi. here goes: 1st run 2lb launch, convertor unlocked- 11.86@113.3!! 1.63 60' 2nd run 2lb launch, locked convertor in 2nd gear-11.70@115.5!! 1.68 60' 3rd run-somwhere between 7-9 lb launch, really boiled the tires this time. ready?? 11.58@116.2!!!!!!! 1.55 60'!!!!! pulled the L/F wheel 3" off the ground!!!!!!! it's been a long time coming, and boy does it feel good. i think with a little more tweaking and a harder launch, i'll get an 11.4-11.3 out of her. guess i'll take a little break, and start playing when the fever hits again.

thanks for the congrats guys. motor is all stock internals. no heads. 23 psi on the boost. i'm definitely gonna be doing the alky by spring, and if money's o.k., heads and a cam so i can come out with a 10 second sneak attack!!! suspension is all stock with the exception of air bags and kyb's.
