Thanks to everyone who gave me tips on passing emissions.
I finally passed RI Emissions yesterday (third attempt).
I could probably write a book now on how to pass the damn test.
I was getting very worried!
Can't wait until I get my new chip from Jim Testa!
I must now figure out where the highway speed (45-65 mph) vibration is coming from?????
New tires, mounted and balanced, and new rotors up front did not solve the problem?
