If so adjust the TPS and IAC.

why does the IAC have to be adjusted between 15 and 20 with the TPS set at .42??? The reason I am asking is my tps is .42 but my IAC is not where it is suppose to be yet. The reason I am asking is that I have some problems and wondered could it be this adjustment?

i adjusted the tps tp .42 but realized i dont know how to adjust the iac so i left it as is cuz i had somewhere to go right after i opened it up on the freeway and let off the car turned off as i slowed down i figured it was cuz the iac wasnt adjusted so i raised the tps back to .52
