This just takes the cake,

*Welcome to KFC, taco bell etc....... may I take your order?

* Why yes I would like 7 buckets if extra crispy chicken, slaw and beans. It keeps my kids healthy :mad:

*Would you like to use Cash, Credit or Debit?

* I want to use Food Stamps.....:mad:

Restaurants want a piece of food stamp pie
 
I foresee contributions to political campaigns by these companies and this getting passed. Its how our system works!
 
Hell yeah, Ty when I get my call :rolleyes: I can go down the street and pay Fiddy cent on the dollar fo them.
Then when I have to take you for prime rib it'll be half price baby........:biggrin:
 
Get this, FEMA or somebody, is offering food stamps to ANYONE that lost power for more than 8 hrs during the storm, had any "damage," or lost any wages during/after Hurricane Irene:eek::mad: No SS # needed, just "proof of residency." Code word, anyone .....

I lost power for days, threw away our food and I don't expect a hand out... I am sure some needed it and do not begrudge them at all... That what help is for... However you have dirtballs that take advantage of every "freebie" possible:mad:

I know a man that, just to "see what would happen", called social services and said he was having a "hard time" and needed some food... He was given six hundred and some odd dollars on a card immediately no questions asked and was told in xxx days he could call back for more:eek: So he calls up the local grocery store and orders it all in steaks and pork chops cut to his specs:mad:
 
I guess that is the next natural progression........they can be used for chips, sodas, cupcakes and candy bars, why not fast food???? I was behind someone at a 7-11 recently that spent $15 on junk food !!! Was I pizzed....YUP !!!

I'd like to see the times of "Government Cheese" come back where you can only buy certain things with govt' assistance........HEALTHY foods !!

The sad part is that this is "the norm" now. One of my neighbors just got assitance and they gave her $16 a week. No I'm not joking. She's got MS and several other issues as well. The other neighbor has more than enough to feed his family of 5 and his dog gets real meat, not dog food. What's wrong here?

just because someone made millions off the Wu Tang Clan doesn't mean that ODB or anyone else in the group made millions.. and how wisely do you think they spent the money they did make?
on the subject of musicians that sold millions of records that are dirt poor- why do you think Flava Flav is on all those reality shows, and why does Lemmy live in a 2 room apartment above a bar in Los Angeles?
 
I wish i could take food stamps for oil changes . I might be making money right now !
