I'm not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but I figured I'd post it anyway...

Many folks on this board are using 100-octane unleaded in their cars. Sunoco has a web site that lists all of the gas stations that sell their GT-100 racing fuel (100-octane unleaded). Here is the link...

http://www.racegas.com/gt100locals/default.asp

Once you get to the page, click on the little "locations" link near the bottom (just before the 1-800 number).

Hopefully helpful to somebody...

Later,

I found 3 stations in N.J. that sell GT100 that aren't on that list.
I'm not sure it's very accurate. :(
Sean.

$$$$$..much cheaper to use ALky and more convient to find ie. Home Depot, ACE, etc....about the same bang, too.

What are the 3 stations in NJ?

One is in Point Pleasant, I've never been there, but njturbo knows exactly where. I don't think it's the same station listed on the Sunoco website.

The other is on Brick Blvd. north in Brick, just past the Burlingtown Coat Factory.

The third is on Route 9, just north of Kimball Medical Center, right after the Petro office and just before 88.

Looks like there really aren't any places to get it west of the mississippi unless you are in Nebraska:eek:

I know there is a 76 station in Tucson that has it, but at $4.xx a gallon, who can afford it.

What are you guys paying for 100 unleaded?

There is a Sunoco distributor in Oakdale CA and a dealer in Moundhouse NV (east of Carson City). Both have 100 octane unleaded.

There are lots of stations selling 100 octane and even 110 and 114 in California.

Just go to www.76.com and click on station locator at the top of the page and then check "racing fuel".

I buy 100 octane, at the pump, for my Vette but it is more than $4/gallon.
