After installing your akly kit by SMC, how much boost have you been able to run with pump gas, 91,92,93 octane safely?, bear in mind we have 91 crappy octane here in california, also how hard it is to tune the car with the kit installed?

I've got up to 23 pounds on 92 here. Of course I'll have to say the gas is very good, because a couple of my friends make the gas. Keep that octane high and on test KMPRSR

23 lbs.here too. 93 octane. The weather seems to make a big difference. Alhcy turn on about 7lbs. of boost. The BSTC makes it kinda fun on the back country roads,and easier. Fooling around with boost and alhcy pump speed that is.

I try to keep the boost set at 20 though, and fuel on the rich side.

what kind of chips do you use w alky? 92-93? 100?108??? or a special alky chip?

I Have Ran 26 PSI With 93 OCT And With A 22* And 26* Chips,

22* Chip Is a Alky Chip, And The 26* Chip Is A Cottens Race Chip,

94 Sunoco and alky. 50/50 denatured and water. 24psi. with 20* timing. PTE51 turbo. Occasionally 2-3*KR at 45mph.

Not done tuning the GN with the new kit yet. About 20 psi. with a Reds 93 chip so far. No KR at all in that car.

With the stock setup, I was running 21 psi, and a 108 chip.

Now, with the setup below, I am running 24-25 psi, 23* and 93 octane.

Running around 25# with denatured and a 19* Chip, tried raising the timing and the car hated it , oh well, not too bad for 140K!
