I'm trying to figure out how much I need. I want to cover the frame, maybe a few extra brackets here and there and the entire underneath of the car. I was thinking 2 quarts??????

I am trying to recall how much i used when i did my frame. I don't think i used more than a quart..that stuff goes a mile!! I probably bought two quarts though just because i didn't want to run out and to account for other misc. parts and pieces... so i don't know if that helped at all:biggrin:

if you haven't used it before, they aren't kidding when they say that stuff won't come off your skin....

Nate

I used about half a quart, for the wheel wells and frame, and floor, this stuff takes days to wear off your hands (I had an exec meeting the next day, wasnt very professional:rolleyes: ) Keep some mineral sprits around for cleanup,

So probably start off with a quart. Sounds good. Does it stick to painted and bare surface or is it rust only?

I didnt have much surface rust so I ended up using a scotch pad and ruffing up the area, Use a wire brush on the rear end and springs, other than that it goes on kinda ugly but after it drys its flat. Its really good stuff
