Found an 87 GN with 240 miles

Depending on when you catch the exchange rate, you are looking at somewhere between $34k and $35k. The way things are these days, it doesn't sound like he is too far off. I would imagine a Canadian GN might bring in slightly less if it has Km on the speedo, but I don't really know.
I think it is safe to assume that someone who puts a car away for that long probably knows what it is worth. It's not like he died and his wife or daughter just wants to get rid of the silly black car in the garage.

If I ever buy another GN it will have some miles and hopefully a repaint! It's nice to show off a low mileage mint GN, but it is stressful as hell every time you find a flaw, and it is never fun leaving it in a parking lot. If I won the lottery I'd buy a like new one and put in a killer stereo and engine mods....then I'd use it as my everyday driver

Seeing your, I'm chiming in.
In 97' I had a 32,000 mile GN. Heads convertor,intercooler, so forth.
Had so much fun with it.
Ran it once. It was stolen.
1998 after getting money from insurance. My car was found stripped,
in Bronx NY. I went looking. Well i found a documented GN loaded with 2,100
Org miles.Better yet paint is flawless. SO I'm thinking. This car will make a great modified car. Guy I bought it from had 60 cars and 2 GN's.
Well my buddy starts to yell at me.And when I go to drive it I'm a wreak.
So now it has 4,506 miles stock. I am almost finished with a white Limited,
blue interior.A woman in my neigborhood drove it new to 150,000 miles.
So now I have all polyPST bushings.KYB shocks. A buddy who has a shop.
Took the car to metal had 2 small body hole. Took out glass I kept it stock white.All new badges.IN short I finally have what I wanted. A driver.
So unless you have a lot of money. Buy something you can have fun with. At present. Prices are climbing. But ilost all this time to finish my white car.
Think about it.These cars do go up. I can a test to that. But what do you do in the mean time? Rich is nice. I'm not. But GOD is the GN sweet shines like glass no paint flaws. Even put 16 inch Enkies when I though I was going to drive it.......Hope this helped.
