Cheap and dirty is to weld some 2" leg .188" wall steel angle iron along the frame under the door on the inside, lip facing up of course, trim it a bit for clearance as required, it does amazing things for stiffening the frame, jack and level the car first, I prefer heavy screw jacks to really zero it in, look at nose drop and make sure doors operate very freely, then mig it all up. Get that done and I will give you the next step.
