free leaky 85 turbo up-pipe

Yup, it's leaking so I had this replaced. Why would anyone want it? Well it has the flanges and the metal braid heat insulation on it. I'm sure a welder could make a new pipe pretty easily with these parts. If not, I'm leaving it on the sidewalk for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
