Fresh turbo from Precision P trim

This is a 70 PTrim fresh from Precision with E cover. Brand new Turbine housing. Only 50 miles on it. Decided not to increase my stall and looking for smaller turbo. I will include HD actuator with it. Turbo is currently on the car. $650 shipped or best offer.

I am not sure what stall I have since it was on the car when I purchased the car. Best I can tell is my stall is probably about 2800 - 3000. This turbo has some lag with this stall. I am still fairly new to these cars so I would guess 3200 - 3400 would do it. I was told this was a 70M when I purchased the car last August but does it seem strange that it has an E cover? It is a 3.5 inch in (see ruler) and 2 inch out. I sent it to Precision for a rebuild and new turbine housing. I have Precision reciept if anyone is interested in seeing it.

It is a 70M

I removed the compressor cover and measured the exducer and inducer. The exducer measure 97.88 while the inducer measured 69.02 - 69.10. Tough measuring in tight area with turbo still on car. As I understand it, this is the measurements for a 70M.
