Remove the back of hood weatherstrip. It will cost you detailing time under the hood but will let a ton of heat out.

my car finally got finished ready to fire up - so now question about removing hood weather strip? The weather strip your referring to is on the actual hood correct? description? Im just confirming! - Is there no opportunity for water entry even in monsoon rains?

It’s is the strip on the cowl. I never had an issue with rain the couple of times it saw it.

ok so its the rubber moulding that runs along the edge of the hood (cowl) right before it abuts the windshield ? photo ?
