front mount vs stretch cfm's

If a 49 turbo puts out 800-850 cfm what cfm can a stock/stretch IC handle? I know that some front mounts can handle it but can a stock/stretch.

The 49 is barely larger than the stocker.

No problem whatsover with the (clean) factory intercooler & a 49.
