After checking all the planets clearances, it appears that two out of four gears exceed the .024 clearance requirement.
Since these gears do not have the removable pins so that the washers can be replaced (and correct clearance obtained), the remedy is to REPLACE entire carrier.
Now, with that said, I see that bulkparts has one that runs about $27 that I don't know what it is, CK has a rebuilt for about $40, and another supplier has an OEM unit for $50 - so the question is WHICH ONE?
Does a rebuilt offer anything over OEM unit?
