Don't go bigger than you need to or you may have problems when you go up on injector and try and turn it up.

x2...I had to stretch the spring in my RJC controller to get my 44 back to 20 psi and above after just mildly porting the hole. I can get it down to 13psi now even with an HD actuator and boost at 20+ psi is rock steady. The 44 is way easier to control though I suppose but I had issues before porting it.

Before and After wastegate porting and a log of how it worked for me. Unported it was over 30 with the wastegate being put on by hand.
I did a rush port job to get to the track the same night after work. No radius, or perfect circle. I wanted 25-30psi controlled. Worked well except for like a 3psi spike. I sold it before I had a chance to perfect it. Sorry for so many pics, just trying to help:)

Looks good was that with the rjc puck?

Yes, that was with the RJC Puck. I could have put more effort into it but I wasn't looking to run. Under 25psi. I see so many billet Turbo boost issues that this product would solve.

Oh and it was installed by TurboBuRick! His attention to detail is top notch. I have to thank him again for all his help!

It's been a problem since the inception of the GT series ex wheels and their copies when they are run way under their potential. A lot less backpressure requires a lot more wastegate flow.

It worked!

OK!
Installed RJC puck and opened up hole more
As prev stated with the rod hooked on with 0 preload was getting 25+psi
now with same setting its at 12!
No i can go back to shortening up that rod and sneakin up of the boost with a sharp eye on injector d/c:eek:
At least now i can go WOT and not get a ses light on and knock:D

I would think you would run out quick on E-85 and 83's.
