Maybe that was written wrong I like it and Nice fab work.But I think they called them bread box or lunch box?
 
Al, I also have a custom sheet metal intake manifold similar to this (but not exactly the same...) But by looking at yours, I see some clues (like the way the front water crossover passage is made and also the way the thermostat is held in there with set screws...) having me to think it might have been made by the same guy who made mine...: Keith Mease...

That looks like a Action Fabrication intake. Action Fab was owned by Bob Sims and he built the intake. Keith took over Action Fabrication in 2001 and continued to make a few intakes but he didn't use that runner style. He had used rectangular stock for the runners. Claude what kind of runners do you have? I have this same intake but we changed the plenum.

Sorry I don't have any better pic's of the intake off the motor. But if you look close you can see the runners and injector bungs.
