Up for sale is a nice used Buick Regal instrument cluster surround or dash surround. I was going to use this one in my Turbo Regal rebuild, but I moved in another direction, so am passing along this part. It is in good overall condition with no holes, tears, dings or broken mounting tabs. The foam along the top was starting to separate from the hard plastic substrate (this is common in these pieces due to the heat they endure), so I spent some time rebonding it with clear Gorilla glue (see pics). I also have re-dyed the part with SEM #15163 Grey Color Coat paint. This color is closer to T-Type grey than Grand National grey. It looks bluer in some of the pictures than it really is, so consult SEM's color chart. Of course, you could redye it again to suit your needs.
