It is not always you will see a v1 intercooler come up for sale here. These intercoolers have been in the 7's on tso cars. Here is your chance to have one of the best intercooler ever made for these cars!!! No Chinese junk here! I have had this one for seven years. It is now time for me to part ways because I'm going with a water to air unit. This unit was on my tsm car and ths car. I went 9.6 with it. My iat temps showed a 15 degree rise running 30+psi....and that's without alky!
If you look at the top of the ic, you can see where the mounts were pushed in a bit. That was so the outlet pipes fit close to the underside of core support. The intercooler to throttle body pipe is in good shape, has an iat bung welded on. It was painted awhile back, the paint is chipping off. Can be shined up or repainted. The turbo to ic pipe has a dent in it. This happened the first year I had it. The hose blew off and it slammed against the crank pulley. I used it like this the while time, it never effected the performance. I have a lead for new pipes for $150 if the buyer is interested. One of the outlet pipes has a small ding (see pic).
Other than those details, this is in great shape.
