Fuel pressure problem?

K heres my problem. Start car fuel pressure is fine. Drive car get into boost fuel pressure goes up as it should but will not go back to the idle pressure. Says its around 39 idle. Get into boost come back down to idle and fuel pressure will vary 50 48 46 psi. Have put two different fpr accu-fab and a holley and adjusted them as I should. Car is running good. Is rich when fuel pressure is up as it should. Car has a hot wired walbro, 50 lbs inj. Anyone have this problem before. Is there a return line restriction? Or? Thanks Frank

Try a different fuel psi gauge?

check for vacuum leaks also diaphram in reg may be bad.

Check fuel return line at tank,line could be trying to close..

Both regs are new. Checked vacuum line that runs to fuel reg with a vacuum gauge.
