Fuel pump relay pin numbering ????

I just got this from rockauto and before I put this in I want to be sure it's correct. I realize the numbers don't seem conventional but if what I looked up is correct something doesn't add up. 1 & 2 are essentially 85 & 86 and 3 & 5 are 30 and 87. Don't relays work by putting the switched power (low current) 85 & 86 and then it controls output on 30 and 87. But looking at diagram on relay it shows it differently, I think. Please help to explain.

the fuel uses 12v commanded from ecm and ground for the relay is attached at back of the passenger head
