fuel question

First off, what exactly is the limit of the stock fuel pump? I couldn't find anything with a search, just that they don't last too long.
Second, I cashed in on my powermaster core to kirban's and am thinking I should use it for either getting an adj. fpr or a new pump, which would you do first? Thanks!

the limitation of ..

the stock pump, is in it's inability to provide enough fuel to keep the headgaskets between the head and the block! :biggrin:
the pump and hot-wire kit would be a good choice.
