anyone have any good ideas on baffling a fuel tank,
this is for a Buick, just not a turbo regal.
below 1/2 tank, the fuel sloshes around and uncovers the fuel pump,
(walbo , intank ) it 's an 18.5 gal tank,
really don't want to weld on it,
I've looked at foam, small baffles that insert thru the sender opening,
but nothing looks like it will work very well,
any ideas?

A little pricey, but look at the Aeromotive Stealth system.

its not a race car, its a street /touring car,
I'm installing a/c right now, its actually more comfortable than the WE4.
did install alky, and turned the boost up, but have it apart to fab a/c brackets,
installing sanden a/c compressor, onto stock a/c bracket, fabbing all new hoses,
and install LARGE condenser,

I have another whole complete car, I can rob parts from (gas tank) so may go that route,
and fab baffles. trap doors, etc inside the tank ( its been sitting for 23+ yrs) ( so tank should be clear of fuel)

this is a buick Skyhawk.
like a vega, so std gas tank for a regal won't work,
