I have bought a ton of stuff from Full Throttle, I always recommend them to anyone new to the Buick world and all my transactions have been flawless and delivered in 2 days. That being said I have an issue the way the above transaction was handled. First off I was shocked to see the thumbs down but I read on anyway and I feel that the customer is right to write his displeasure. Im not gonna get into the legal nonsense behind advertised prices but I will get into the "do whats right" aspect. The right thing to have done was to simply honor the original price and then change the website asap. "The customer is always right" expression is really a way to keep that customer from talking to a bunch of his friends/family and telling of a bad transaction. I believe other members may agree with me but may not be comfortable writing about it due to the initial support for Full Throttle. I would have been mad that about the way the order was cancelled and no attempt for direct communication took place. Thats a $55.00 difference and deserves a explanation. Even if Full throttle had taken a few dollars loss in the transaction at the $475.00 price, the loss is really zero when one considers the volume of business. Give someone an inch, they will take a mile! Vendor, the Wife, ur kids, it dont matter who they are.
thank you!!!!!
