That's not exactly true either. To have a 2004R rebuilt to stock specs, not a stage 1 build or whatever some builders name it is less than one thousand dollars.

Most builders lowest price build is better than a factory original build but does cost more than a basic rebuild because they usually do some mods that are above a standard rebuild.

3 grand will get you a full billet unit capable of north of 800 hp.

Stock spec rebuild is less than a grand, hence why a used unit isn't worth what he's asking.
If he gets 900 for his I have four units that I will be selling as fast as possible.

I was just thinking he could get a killer turbo 400, converter, crossmember, shifter and driveshaft all to go for the $3,000.

I know less today than I did yesterday. I agree that we are all still learning, but I have learned what a used 2004R is worth and what you're asking for yours isn't even close to being in the ballpark.

I offered you more than what it's worth and that's all I'll say about it.
