When you adjust those numbers for altitude the 6.96 = 6.79 and the 197.73 = 202.77! As NHRA announcers would say: "that's haulin' the mail!"

Thanks Nick, that is what I was getting at.
I thought the corrected MPH would be well over 200. =)

He was at 4000ft. I'd love to see it on a lower elevation track. I know it picked up 7#'s of boost at BG with the same tune up he runs at LV.
Shane/Jay, not saying you guys can't do it, but Freeman/Gallina have quite a bit of seat time to get to the level they are and I would be very hesitant to jump to conclusions that the 1st, 2nd track outing will net 6.xx at 1xx.xx.
I have witnessed Lens driving skills from the other lane and he won't hang around the start line any longer than a .0 something while throwing down the number at the other end.........

I am not trying to start a war!
However our driver Randy has much seat time in cars faster than these...
We are on a serious crunch time to get it all done by the 17th but we will be there. Can't say well make a full pass, but if all goes well we should be ready to get it done at Reynolds. I am sure it will take a while to get it dialed in to full power...
Between Randy's and Jay's experience I think we got the experience angle covered:wink:
Jay took this car to 4.90's years ago... Jay even worked on Gallina's car way back... Think about how far tech has come since then and we have increased the HP dramatically and lowered the weight...
Again, I am not trying to start anything. I would love for us to be able to run one day...

I am sure Len will thank you for the kind comments about his reaction times. He has been hitting the light pretty dam good. 0's and 00's lately.
Oh by the way the sixty foot on that pass was a 1.06 our best yet. Don't know if we can better that any, but boost was down at end of run due to weather conditions should be more MPH in her at lower altitude.

Some months have 31 days,so my math says you got 23 days to back this statement.

As long as nothing breaks, Reynolds...
I love showing that and the other video to the crew. They cant believe a little V6 in the 6's. They use to the 526 blocks on PSi screw blowers.
Sounds like some people don't know what it takes to go that fast.Remember what you said earlier. All this stuff is new so the way I see it, it doesn't matter what you know or don't know you have to start from ground level and relearn, buying the best of everything doesn't make it fast. But the Job that RANDY and CREW did on the car looks good. Time will tell Good Luck!
