The numbers and info you have posted, is typically what you would see on the compressor cover of a Stock Appearing style TA compressor cover. You could also see this on a TO4E style Garrett compressor cover as well.

All of the upgrade turbos that are offered for '86 - '87 Turbo Buick applications, typically will use these style compressor covers. Check out these links to read more about the different styles and types available.

And then we have some of the latest turbos available.

Lot's of reading to do in those threads for ya.

When it comes to picking a turbo for your car, there are a ton of questions that need to be asked first.
A few of the basic questions are,

- What is done to the car now, IE: what mods does it already have?

- What are your goals?

- Will this be a race car only, or street strip style car?

- What's my budget?

- Are you willing to upgrade your torque converter?

- Does your combo have the proper mods for your hp goals?

Once we have this useful info, we can better help select a turbo for your application. There is a ton of knowledge base here from our users on this site and we're all here to help. And btw, welcome to the Turbo Buick world. You're at the #1 website on the net. Where you can pretty much get an answer to your question 24/7/365.
Let us know.
