Looks Good, that must a been what you were doing when I left you a message Thursday:cool:

did you leave it on home or cell? I didn't get it man or I would have hollered back at you. I will check my messages on my cell. Daniel Ray

Lookin good. I've heard mixed reviews about those ABS headliners, which is why I spent hours scrubbing old foam off my headliner so I can recover it. Looks like you didn't have any problems with it.

I use the old one to and recover it.. are you goin to do the visors so they match ??? color looks "light" compared to the 20 year old faded visors

Those are the new visors in the pic. They look really close in real life lol. I dont know why the pic did like that, weird?? but anyway they are close in reality lol. The visors are auctually lighter color than the headliner is. Crazy camera hahahaha.

Some more pics on stuff I got done this weekend. I got another pic of the headliner but it still is lighter in the pic than real life. Think the liner just reflects more of the flash than the visors do. Got the carpet molded on in , door sills polished back to mirror statis thanks to a die grinder, buffs, and white rouge. Lightning rods remounted. Going to get the upper door panels and rear panels changed this coming weekend I hope when I have time. Seat upholstrey is coming soon from Brian at Gbody to. Waiting on it to get in to him on backorder. Man its looking GREAT so far!!!!!!

Hey hey Danny Ray!
Looks like it's coming along well.
Can't wait to do my own, but it'll probably be after you get me some paint!
What do you think of Brian's carpet?

Patrick, I did like Brian said and put it in the car and left it lol. Several days to let it heat and relax from being all folded up in the box then started in the middle and pulled it to the seat studs, cut them pushed thur and put a nut on to hold it then went to the other side. Pulled and did the same thing working it from the middle out like . I put the floor mats in just to help it relax to the floor even more. It fix well but everyday it sits it is relaxing a hair more and forming to the car better and better. You just have to have a little patcience . If I was folded up like that for so long in a box it would take me a while to unwind again to hahaahahaha. Its hard enough for me to get up off the floor as it is if I stay down to long!! Daniel Ray

Hmmmmm, interesting.
Do you think it is as heavy (material quality, thickness, etc) as the original?

Can't really compare lol, I know the old was heavier pulling out of the car but it had 40 lbs of dirt over the years down in it! The new stuff seems of great quality though and looks awesome! Only time will tell how it holds up I quess but it seems like a very nice product. Daniel Ray
ps about to holler at yah.

It looks good. I replaced everthing in mine including a new dash. I lucked out and bought a 25K mile car that was hit. it also had tinted windows. The interior (including the head liner was like new). It's amazing how faded all my plastic trim panels were compared to this car.

You might want to use a little rustoleum on those floors. That's what I did with mine. I even left some holes.
