Brass balls would have been you admitting that you went off the deep end,( no excuses ), diffusing the situation by allowing the shipment to continue, finalizing the deal,making sure that you got your headliner back from him, and then parting ways.
Yes I have run a business before. I owned a telecom company for 8 1/2 years. It sucks to have to chase people for money( I've written-off $60,000.00 a year, and had hospitals,mortgage companies and even 6 long distance companies file bankruptcy on me) or listen to people bitchin but its part of being in business. Yes it hardened me too. I dont claim to know what went down to get this started, I just think that it was not handled professionally.
I was hoping to get a headliner from you as well. I posted a question for you about weather or not your moonroof liner would fit a dealer installed unit, I got no reply and moved on assuming that I will have to have a local shop custom make mine. I did not flame you for not replying. Nor did I for not returning my call about a shifter cable back in June after leaving a message. Should I have? NO. Why...because it was not needed and it served no purpose.

Your opening post was very provoking. I understand Brian getting pissed-off, just not how it was handled. If you were having a hard time contacting Brian, by all means post that you emailed a phone number to get ahold of you that there was a problem with the shipment. But that is where it should have stopped. +1 for 87Nat, this matter and others should be handled in PRIVATE to begin with, then if you dont get anywhere by all means go public. This should never have gone this far. Now both will suffer.

Bryan just for the hell of it I did a google search on bweavy. Get bored do the same.I've had Brass balls a long time. You call it going off the deep end I call a spade a spade & say it the way I see it. By stopping the shipment there is nothing wrong. No major business ships out a product with out having another come back or withg out being paid.
Shouldn't of went this far but it did. No reason to get this far.
It was a holiday weekend & I was in DC at a wedding.
Come back in with food poisoning & hear crap on my machine & pm's & posts.
With 104* fever & every nut job calling & not being able to figure out hey it was a holiday weekend. He was just the cherry on top.

Yesterday 103* & not feeling much better & this is what you got.
Today feeling better got in here at 5 am.
$60 K isn't S**t. What was posted is just what the little guys who asked to hey can you ship me this & I'll make payment.Not the unpaid damage claims,business expenses,product development,R & D,Theft etc..

Easy resolution?
Tony I'll ship out another headliner tomorrow Morning. The other 1 is in transit back here, Yes another fine screw up I found out from my shippers,they don't hold they send it back.
Kasci already printed you up a sticker today when you sweet talked her into sending you another 1 out.So she printed a sticker.
Tony if you didn't get that tracking # PM me & I'll give it to you & not post it for everyone to see your address.You send me the tracking # where you had DHL pick it up fom your location & had it BILLED TO RECEIVER.
Then we will ship it out & everything will be ok In Buick land from the Rude horrid Bweavy.

Joe I never understood why you or how you couldn't enjoy yourself being around these cars all day.Now I do.

DHL will be here tomorrow to pick up the headliner. I called them and they gave me a conformation #. I will send you a tracking number tomorrow as soon as they pick up the headliner. Easy resolution!

i am new to this community and i have to say that brian has helped me with mechanical issues and other numerous things,i really feel that this guy would give you the shirt off of his back,i can relate to him losing his temper.i have done that alot and said some things that i did not mean,and told the person i was sorry 1 hr. later,this guy just lost over $1600.00 to someone that begged him for a dual ball bearing turbo and brian sent it to him,and guess what the guy gave him a phony credit card,he sent the turbo out before even running the card and now he is screwed for being a nice guy,a few years ago i needed some t-top parts and did not have enough money at the time to buy all the pieces and he says i'll send you the parts and you pay me when you can,i did not do that because if i can't afford to buy it at that time then i'll just have to wait till i can.if it was not for these venders we would be up **** creek with out a paddle,because you don't find these parts in a junk yard every day,i think the best thing for people to do is to pm,email or call him about these problems instead of posting here and messing up brian's reputation,then after a week or two of any vendor not willing to help you out then post here.i'm not in the middle of this feud i'm just stating the experience i have had with him.
