On our first shipment you told me you didn't recieve a tracking # that was generated thru DHL but recieved a wrong headliner.Well that is why since I have shipped with DHL, fed ex,UPS they have auto generated tracking #'s.
AND SHE NEVER DID!WAHHHH!
I hate to tell you this but when a person calls 5 times a day we put em to the back of the line.
Where's my tracking #? When did you ship mine back? Most companies will not refund or ship but make you pay even if THEY screw up.
Prime exaple ACC Carpet sent me 20 non logoed mats. Oh well crap happens Charge my card get more to me & credit it when your company recieves them back.

I'll personally plan on finding your shipment tomorrow when I get back to the office & stopping it first thing.
When we get the old 1 back I will let it proceed.

Monday was a vacation Day,Memorial day & I'm sure shipping was crazy on all Companies Tuesday.It's not only you I had 10 calls Tuesday wondering why an order placed on monday wasn't processed![]()

If you guys think this is a little over the top for me it is. Been stressed out training new people & having others on vacation. Yes this causes RUDE behavior. He gets what he has given.
Honesty is the problem here that was total BS. I have had enough of calling non stop.E-mailing tracking #'s just to get a call I'm not near my computer & need a tracking #.
We can't talk to you 5 times a day & accomplish what you want.I hired Jordan today just to take care of this. So impatience & inability to check tracking #'s has caused me to have to hire yet another person & the costs will be passed along to you the customers.
Bryan (phone guy), Agent86, & who ever thinks this is rude I really don't care. You see what time this was posted last night & I'm in here today at 5 am taking care of e-mails & processsing orders.You haven't been on this side of the fence with Tony yet.
What I think is rude is calling non stop & acting like a whiny Bitch as the term I used. It's not just me it's every vendor I talk to has the same problems.
It's hard to take care of any customers when you have 1 going off over the edge.

I heard the explanation well I'm not near a computer. Well it is a little hard to believe when you see posts & you get to hear a phone message from Tony like I did when I came in this morning. Yes that call was before he posted.
