GL-100 gear oil

Guy's looking for some gl-100 gear oil for my trailblazer ss. My rear end is making some noise and that's what the guy's are using, to stop it. I heard its been discontinued. Any info where i can get's some would be nice.

What brand & part# are the "guys" using? I don't see anything listed in the GM standard parts catalog, but I do see something specific for the GTO...
