global west springs

I'd like to put new Global West springs on my car. I'm thinking of the "semi-competition" rate springs, which are S-10 but might be safer with "performance street" (S9).

Has anyone used these and what spring rate did you get?

I'm going to answer my own question because I talk to myself all the time.

I talked to Global West and they recommended S-9 for a street driven car.
