No refund, it is a used part and you are fully aware of that, if you are that picky of a guy i suggest you stay with BRAND NEW parts or N.O.S. and pay 10 times the price.
Have someone mig weld that little corner crack which is on the back side of the cover and your done.
For what i charged you for the cover was a bargain considering the work and time to fit to a 3'' dp it took.

You didn't tell me about a crack, the craftsman ship was poor and I could have cut it like that with a hacksaw. You asked me for a picture, and I sent it to you. If you intended to avoid doing anything about it, then why did you ask for a picture in the first place? Consider yourself blacklisted and thanks for ripping me off. Next time you post the turbo cover, why not put Turbo Cover 40$ (small crack near mounting hole). Obviously you are a dishonest man and a coward. Why not fess up that you sent me a lousy part and refund my money and then resell it. By the way, the corner crack is NOT on the backside of the cover but all the way through, so you can see it from all angles. Plain and simple, your a jackass bro.:mad:

Because you launched a complaint with paypal before posting about this/ or contacting me, it is the policy of paypal to review your complaint in 24 weeks.
So my hands are tied at this moment, although i stand by what i said in my earlier post.

As far as craftmanship etc, i sent you pictures before the sale and you were fine with it then.

Yes, I was fine with the craftsman ship in the pictures. The CRACK was not in the picture. NOW, answer my first question: Why did you ask for pictures if you didn't plan on doing anything about it??? Perhaps you can answer this one. I'd LOVE to hear your explanation. For your own enjoyment? I think all your parts were used. If the boost gauge had a crack in it, or if the up pipe had a crack in it, does the fact that they are used parts make you exempt from providing any type of truthful information to the part? Screwed by a Canadian once again. Sorry, but this isnt the first time. Next time I'm definitely buying from another fellow American. No offense to anyone else on the board, but I don't trust someone that hides on the other side of the border. Cheeseburger, you are JUST THAT! All fat with a little cheese. Your a coward and your stank. Just my 2¢. I don't expect a refund from you anymore, so I will just tell you what I think.
