Gn spare tire

I noticed the other day that the spare in my 87 GN has a unilug type bolt pattern, did some come this way or has someone replaced the original with this?

Thanks Herb, That tells me what I need to know. The one I have has 10 holes in it like it's some type of unilug pattern, I thought maybe this was something they may have done if they ran short on production line when being built.
