In the FWIW dept, I bought myself a Xmas present, a new Dimage 5 Minolta digital camera. I'll have some fotos of the new "R" heads and a set of the original design showing the differences and the cracks in the old heads. Will get them up if/when the "Intelliflash" folks decide to update the software for WinXp!!!
There are some obvious differences such as the new heads have 1.5" springs, more meat on the lower edges around the lower row of bolt holes.[Stage 2 only!!]
The"tech sheets"w/ the new heads are NOT up to date!!
It mentions flat tappet cams and lift restrictions are at .500". DUH.
