That's why I posted it , I was shocked when I saw that # GNX @ Mecum . Either way , there are a handful of X's that have questionable history , this IMO being one of them .
Also , 280 miles , very cruddy engine compartment ? From the pics of it coming out of that storage facility , the tires were faded badly , dirt/dust all over the car . Not very well cared for being a 280 mile car that has strong collectability .
First I noticed the tires are not original (wouldn't you store a 280 mi car on jack stands in a garage....why would the tires be changed?). And why would they say the mileage is believed to be..... This car would have to be examined very closely
I heard that this car was an unfortunate Katrina car. I was following this car and looking to see where the market was, after doing some research that's what I was told.

I don't think 532 is the katrina car. As the katrina GNXs frame is still hanging on the wall at richard clarks, unless there was another one I wasn't aware of?
I also noticed looking at the pictures that it has the wrong MAF on it, not a huge deal but still for 280 miles it should have the correct MAF on it. Also noticed the white lettering on the IC hoses is missing, another tip off.
