Riddle me this? You say Sod is a great guy & a friend. Yet you want to cut out the middleman & not support him.Plus he is now a supporting vendor. Why am I having a hard time understanding your logic. Help me out here!

why would i want to pay you to take my block (or have them pick it up) just so they can do the work and you take all the credit, crank the rod on that old brain of yours im not paying "U" the middle man to take the credit for the machine shop, sod and manny are very good friends of mine i see manny on a weekly basis (hes my snap on guy) and i bought a pita loud of parts from sod in the past and have been to his house and visited his personal and impressive car collection, i guess if i dont throw money at you i wont get any VENDOR SUPPORT right lou. i tried to avoid alot of the crap that people say about you but damn im starting to think that its all true

Wicked87GN knows about alot of machine shops as well.......

Of course we are going to support our vendors, DUH They are the ones that support the board. Didn't anyone say anything about not mentioning other shops?? NO... So why do some make it their personal goal to stir the pot in every thread?

Leave Gary out of this too, Gary is a great member of the mod team at TurboBuick.com. He TRUELY cares about these cars and this section. If not for him we would have shut this section down long ago. He took the initiative to try to make this section enjoyable for all. He is owed a thank you not threats......

With that being said enjoy your time away from the board, maybe you will appreciate it a little more later....

it sucks that another fellow board member got banned for speaking the truth, not one bit was a lie, even the part about the $700 dollar alky inspection that came back worse than when it left the car belongs to my neighbor i had to lend him a hand just to get it running good again. i dont have a problem with this site i just dont like some of the over pricing vendors that support it.(middle men)

Cruz! What a coincidence Harold just stopped by to make sure I knew what was being said here. Things must be really slow on his board. He called me first to tell me he was coming down. Now I welcome him like a bad case of VD & told him I was busy. So he drives all the way from Long Beach just to stoke the fires.Much of the B.S. & dissension is him playing both ends to the middle. The only people I have any issues with are his loyal cult followers. Joke about it is he talks sh#t about them too. He was banned for neither speaking the truth nor not speaking the truth, he was banned for just what I said he was banned for: insulting another member (name-calling), language, & threats. It was just a wake-up call, that's all. If he likes his membership privledges here, then he has to play by the rules. Nothing more, nothing less.

I have this old bitch reputation to maintain lol

WTF are you talking about.?I doubt if you have the ability to fix a flat. If some one has a problem with my work it's up to him to contact me to make it right.I highly doubt that I charged 700.00 to inspect someones alky.Who is this person & what details are you omitting.The way your behaving is exactly why I shine you & your associates on. If someone was in your house and constantly talked crap to & about you, your family and friends how long would it take for you to throw them out?

What is up with the constant barrage of negativity on the staff of this board. There were a bunch of non vendors mentioned in this thread, that was not the problem. The problem is the constant NWS language, threats, and negative posts about the staff here. Like I said, Gary puts alot into this section and some guys always jump right on him. If he didn't like what was said just DON'T COME BACK. Don't take someone else's thread down the toilet over it. This had NOTHING TO DO with vendors one way or the other!
