Got the ta-49 on and cars running good

yep I used the original hotair elbow, I just smoothed it out on the inside with a dremel, actually smoothed out nice and fast, then glass beaded the outside of it too bring back the "new" look to it again. I did need to use a 86/87 wastegate actuator bolted in between where the hotair one was and where the 86/87 should go to line up with the hotair elbows wastegate.

Yep, stock up pipe in that picture, I just got another uppipe that I will cut the flanges off of and make a bigger one with.

The adapter you are talking about Lee Thompson made me one for my hot air. He made several out of billet and charged $75. They work fine.
