It can still get to 5800 but more boost can possibly slow it down with weak springs. They will also narrow your power band by the flash being at 5300 and possibly valve float by 5600-5800.

Alright. I will talk to Mike and get these springs swapped out before I go turning the boost up.

One interesting thing to note also after the valve spring change will be the flash rpm. If it goes up at the same boost level, the car is making more power even in the 5300-5500rpm range.

Soon as I swap these springs out, I will go for a spin and see if that flash rpm changes on the PL and report back.
