I have a Coconut beach resort property down in Key Wes Florida. This resort rents rooms out at $400 to $550 a night, its a 2 bed room lock off unit, week 29 which is in July with annual usage. For those not in the know, A lock off is a self sustaining unit complete with kitchen so its like having two 1 bed room apartments with a door in between...Priced for quick sale at $2K OBO. Maintenance fees are around $900.00 a year so if you rented out one of the rooms for a grand for 7 days it will cover your dues and your vacation is free. This place is sweet and a hell of a deal.
Next is Publo Bonita Resort in Mexico, 1 bed room luxury suite, annual usage, leased with 22 yrs left on lease, 2 weeks per year at around $600.00 maintenance fees per each week. Can walk into town, all the clubs and fun stuff etc plus its on Medina Beach, Great Mexico vacation priced at 2K OBO
Want to rent? I have a Maui 1 bd rm floating week, Play Del Sol in Los Cabos 1bd rm, lots of Orlando properties for rent, Frenchmans cove in St Thomas in the Virgin Islands, The Breakers in Ft Lauderdale and a hot one in Columbia falls Montana...Meadow lake resort in the heart of the flathead valley (Glacier Nat Park) time is late May into June...waiting list to get in here, this place will in the words of Ted Nugent...Cleanse your soul
All these rentals are priced within a fair budget but what you get is an apartment for a week at the cost of hotel rates.
