gt3255 converter

Just looking for opinions: What is the best bang for your buck for a torque converter that would match my gt3255? It is an e-85 car that runs at 23lbs of boost with a stock intercooler and thdp I believe i want to be in the 2800-3000 stall range.

You can spool it with the stocker. I ran 12.20's all day with mine with the stock TC unlocked. (dont recommend locking it as it will slowly kill it)

If I remember correctly, the GT3255 was designed to be very responsive with a stock converter. However, I had a Vigilante single disk 3200 stall L/U converter when I was using one of those turbos. Spool up with that combo even on the street was like flipping on a light switch.
